Half Persian 4 Forars Kaede

Weave Description
This weave was thought up by Phong, who came to me to take it from concept to physical object.
The idea comes from X-weave / Spring Chain / Forars Kaede, but each side is a complete chain of Half Persian 4 in 1 instead of just lying next to each other. It can also be described as two interwoven chains of HP4 with an X cross section.

Stats: WD = 0.045in (1.1mm), ID = 0.410in (10.4mm), AR = 9.11

This weave is 'locked', and will hold shape for any larger AR, but 9.0 seems to be the lower limit.
