A uniquely airy spiral, Wind is actually a combination of spiral and orbital techniques. Two 2 in 1 Chains (easily differentiated in the picture by their color) are spiraled in the same direction and connected together. A given ring on the outer chain (blue) is held as an orbital in its matching inner-core ring (gold) by passing through the two adjacent inner-core rings.
The rings in the picture have an AR of 7, and in my opinion that's about optimal. With smaller ARs it spirals more tightly and the shape isn't as defined. Also, the use of two different ring colors makes the structure more obvious and it looks much cleaner. This weave is best for earrings and other dangly things, as laying it flat has the effect of putting kinks in the spiral.
Hope you like it!
