Byzantine X
Weave Description Byzantine X is constructed by taking Byzantine Variant 3, and instead of having singled rings connect each of the two sets of vertical rings to one another by connecting through the large horizontal ring, two of these rings only connect the vertical rings together. Another ring, whose outer diameter is smaller than the inner diameter of the large horizontal ring is connected to the two sets of these two rings. This makes the weave have unusual flexibility properties. All rings galvanized steel, listing wire diameter (WD), mandrel diameter (MD): 0.048" (1.22mm), 3/16" (4.76mm) and 7/32" (5.56mm) 0.057" (1.45mm), 5/16" (7.94mm) Weave Tags (Click to Search Weaves)European, Japanese, Chain, Variant, HelmRelated ArticlesWeave TutorialsByzantine Variant 2 and Byzantine X (CGI) Random Gallery Items Tagged as using this Weave [Show All]![]() |
