Weave Description
Quill is a progression/variation of Pencil Weave which is related to Half Persian 4 in 1 in the same way that Pencil is related Half Persian 3 in 1. This iteration has rows of Spiral 4 in 1 where Pencil has rows of spiral 2-1.

The tube can be flipped inside out, turning it into Feather Pen
