Weave Description Full Persian 10 in 1 that is forcibly unbalanced to its extreme (8:2) takes Half Persian 5 in 1 Unbalanced 4:1 and makes it four sided. Natural progression of Full Persian 8 in 1 Unbalanced (6:2) (Full Persian Gobi Chain), which is similarly transformed from [weave=Half Persian 4 in 1 Unbalanced] (3:1). The 8:2 refers to the number of rings to go down and up through (or vice versa). The offsetting of this, compared with Full Persian 10 in 1 (6:4) causes a significant increase in AR requirement. Sample made out of .048" (18SWG/1.2mm) stainless steel, 1/2" (12.7mm) mandrel (.598" ID, AR of 12.5).
