Staggered Bore Worm Sheet

Weave Description
A weave that continues Bore Worm into a sheet weave, much like Staggered Captive Inverted Round Sheet does with Captive Inverted Round. Due to the fact that each cell (segment) is oriented in a specific way, it is possible to alternate some of the cells for a different look. To simplify things, I kept the cage rings leaning the same way in every cell of this example.

Any number of captives can be used per cell, and the one pictured uses four. This sample is made from .048" (18SWG / 1.22mm) stainless steel wire, wrapped on a 19/64" (7.54mm) mandrel. With a measured ID of .334" (8.48mm), these rings yield an AR of 7.0.
