Onering-5

Weave Description
Onering-5 is the Jens Pind Linkage 5 based pendant of Onering. It follows the same basic construction principle, but uses alternating one small, and FOUR large rings in its succession schematics. Here the small rings should also be chosen from the lower half of useable JPL5 AR range - I propose to use rings in the AR range of 4.6 to 4.8 - the large rings can be chosen freely above the small ring AR.

The top sample chain uses 1.6mm (16SWG) BA wire, coiled on a 7.0mm mandrel, with a final AR of 4.65, and 1.6mm*3/8" rings with an AR of 6.4. The bottom sample shows a continuous progression of the large-ring size from an AR of 5.3 to an AR of 7.6.
