Bubble Wrap

Weave Description
Bubble Wrap is made from Bubble Chain expanded into a sheet with the bubbles in the plane of the sheet. Or, if you prefer, from two sheets of Japanese 4 in 1 (copper- and silver- colored) that capture each other.

Rings are pinch cut 16AWG (1.3mm wire diameter) unanodized and anodized aluminum wound around a 13mm mandrel, so approximate AR=10. Weave is flexible in two orthogonal directions but holds its shape well at this AR.
