Kurumaken
Weave Description A variant of Shuriken-Bo, Kurumaken expands the aspect ratio of the inner captive rings to create a smooth straight chain with a t-shaped cross-section rather than the staggered look created by utilizing small captive/central rings. This sample is constructed of 16g (.0625) 3/8ID square wire stainless, .035 1/8ID stainless, and 18g (.048) 3/16ID stainless rings. Much like Snake Skin it handles differently enough from European 4 in 1 to be considered a new weave. Kurumaken has a completely different set of handling characteristics and look as compared to Shuriken-bo.
