DescriptionThis is a rig I set up to cut rings more easily. It is an HSS Jewlers Saw at 2 inch od, 3/8ths hole, 0.0020 thick and has 152 teeth. I have it on a reversable varible speed drill motor. the rings being cut are 5/16 id 14 gauge Galvy. I am able to run a coil of this thru it in about a min. time, and it gives a very flush cut. The people in my armor's guild are jelous. No more cutting by hand for me!Weave(s) Used (Click to View Weave)NoneImages Tags (Click to Search Gallery)Tag(s): Saw, Setup, Tools |
