DescriptionAlligator River is a composition of Half Persian 3 in 1 chains, divided by European 4 in 1 strips. The 2 outside rows of the 3-row E4-1 comprise half of the HP3-1 chains, with the other halves each being the first row of the following E4-1 separation.
In order for this arrangement to have continuity, the HP3-1 chains alternate between left, and right handed versions. Also, the subsequent E4-1 strips alternate lean direction. This structure lends well to tubing, however, an even number of iterations are required for the final Half Persian chains to line up for a proper European connection to be made.
