Description

Here is a picture of the Wiss "distortion". This happens only if you close the cutters all the way. There will be a slight spread after you cut two or three rings at a time. The only glitch with the cut can be seen on the ring I am holding: a small mark where the teeth of the shears gripped the ring. If anyone want to know, these are 3/8" ID 17 SWG galvy.
