DescriptionPower Grid Hex Web is from the Japanese weave family. Each horizontal ring (or ring set) has three sets of connections which alternate between orbital and standard. A standard connection on one end has an orbital connection on the opposite end. This weave is quick to assemble and reasonably holds its shape. Webs containing orbital rings generally tend to offer more stability. This will of course vary by AR which should be kept within the high 5 to low 6 range. Despite my usual tendency to double horizontal rings in weaves like this, this sample has them singled. Doubling them might work in this AR, but if not, an increase to 5.9 or 6.0 would probably suffice. .032" (0.81mm) brass, stainless 21/128" (4.17mm), 4.25mm (.167") MD .186" ID, both AR of 5.8 Weave(s) Used (Click to View Weave)Power Grid Hex WebImages Tags (Click to Search Gallery)Tag(s): Brass, Materials, Patch, Sheet, Stainless SteelWeave(s): Power Grid Hex Web |
