DescriptionThis is the saw I made for cutting my stainless steeljump rings. The coil is slid over a wooden madrel that is turned to fit the inner diameter of the rings and then set into the nylon V-blocks and fed past the blade, like a table saw. It's driven with a variable speed ac/dc motor on a speed controler and foot switch. The blades I use are 3" diameter by 0.010" thick with very fine teeth.Weave(s) Used (Click to View Weave)NoneImages Tags (Click to Search Gallery)Tag(s): Safety, Saw, Setup, Tools |
