The top of the piece consists of three Dragonscale diamonds in 14 swg, 7/16" and 16 swg, 5/16" stainless steel, joined with European 4 in 1 in 14 swg, 5/16" stainless.

The sides are Half Persian 3 Sheet 6 in 1 in 14 swg, 7/16" stainless steel with Interwoven 4 in 1 seams between each panel. The Persian parts flow seamlessly from the diagonal edges of the Dragonscale diamonds.

The nose and forehead guard are also HP3-1S6 in 16 swg, 5/16" stainless with an IE4-1 seam.

The horns are Half Persian 5 in 1 in 14 swg, 7/16" stainless steel. This is the minimum AR for this weave so the structure is rigid at this size. Both chiralities of HP5-1 have been used for symmetry. These are bolted to the structure to ensure a rigid connection.

The beard is made from large TRL scales in tempered steel, with 14 swg, 5/16" stainless steel rings holding them together.

It weighs about 7 lbs.
