DescriptionNine digit hexadecimal abacus, made with copper rings using the Bee-Sting weave. AR is around 3.7: interior diameter of 3/16" and 16 AWG. Side intersections have 18 SWG copper wiring for some added support. The same wire is used to attach the beads which are run of the mill plastic fake pearls in grey.Made as an experiment and, ultimately, a gift. A little floppy and needs more support but I was reluctant to add more wiring. Perhaps a different weave would be better next time...
