Twisted Multi-stranded Rings

Description

Some tests with multi-stranded stranded rings.
The major issue is not making the twisted stranded wire, but cutting the rings.

Silver rings are 20awg and 22awg (4 strands, 2 of each).
Copper rings are 28awg 6 strands + center (for stability).
