Description

A 3-4 month project I've been working on is finished. A fully functional titanium chainmaille staff. Specs: titanium grade 1 rings 12awg 5/16" and 11/32" id. Welded rings at the ends. Titanium grade 5, 1/2" rod going through the center. Titanium grade 5 washers holding the European and Gridlock weave open. Stainless steel nuts on both ends stretching the weave taught over the length of the rod. Special thanks to Daniel Rychtarik for his help on this project threading the ends of the titanium rod, taking pictures, and performing in the video. 1400 rings exactly. 6' long. 7 lbs 3.5 oz.
