DescriptionHere I show two bracelets made from Captive 4 in 2 chain, an easy but attractive weave for holding captured beads. I made two variants - in stainless without, and bronze with interspersed small inter-connector ring pairs. Note that the beads are held safely in place, and can rotate freely - a guide string where only the drilled bead holes are hidden. But this was not done here.Stats: Beads are black Hematite with ~6mm diameter; Stainless rings are ER-309 steel 1.2mm (~18swg) coiled on 6.25mm mandrel, with a final AR of 5.86; Bronze rings are 1.2mm*15/64" (AR of 5.76) and 1.2mm*9/64" (AR of 3.28).
