Test Patches with Small Roller Chain Plates

Description

These two small patches of stuff are samples of simple sheet weaves made using 1/4" pitch steel roller chain. Inner and outer plates from a 1/2" pitch (the size commonly used for bicycle chains) are placed next to their half size counterparts for size reference, the edge of a sheet using 1/2" pitch plates is also along the top of the image for size reference. The maille rings used to link the tiny plates together are 1/16" ID .035" stainless.
