DescriptionWhile 'tinkering' with the weaves One and a Half Persian and Soyuz I found that the latter was a good basis for making Overfull Persian - in contrast to the usual weaving method of weaving standard Full Persian 6 in 1 and nesting central add-on rings in alternating direction from cell to cell. Here simply a basis Soyuz chain was complemented with added rings alongside both sides of every single ring, what is easier to weave as sandwiching a single ring between a pair.
This sample chain (shown from top to bottom twice rotated by 45 degrees) was made from BA 1.6mm coiled on 9.0mm rings with a final AR of 6.0; at this AR the chain bends already good enough for e.g. a bracelet, but a little bit higher AR of around 6.5 might be preferrable.
