DescriptionThis is the power winding rig I use to make most of my rings. It's made from a 2X4 secured to plywood with holes drilled to fit 9/64, 5/16, 1/4, and 3/8 mandrels, the end of the mandrel and the wire go into the chuck of an adjustable drill and then I just start winding. There is a wire guide on the side along with a pole to hold the wire spools I buy, the wire gets pinned under the clamp to keep it from slipping out of place while I'm winding.Weave(s) Used (Click to View Weave)NoneImages Tags (Click to Search Gallery)Tag(s): Powerwind, Workspace |
