Description

Plate Mail Pauldrons... made with real tie rod ends. Basically I scrounge around residential contruction sites for these things (not to worry, once the basement is finished pouring n' solidifying these things are just thrown away), and then make my rings to fit through the holes. It can be made in 4-1 and 6-1, though 6-1 is pushing it. Its pretty cheap and goes fast. I used aluminum hex nuts i'd found that were going to be thrown out for the straps. The top left of the image shows the underside, while the bottom left shows whats exposed.... the bottom edges are sharp, and caution should be taken.
