Stretch bracelet

Description

A bracelet I made for fun, only possible(I think)with neoprene rings.
16 ga, copper coated steel,7/16in; galvy,3/8in and neoprene,1/4. The copper-coated steel is weaved 4in1 euro, and the galvy is weaved 6in1 in the opposite direction, so the neoprene rings are 5in1.
