Description

My Morningstar / Flail.
The chain is 12" long, 16swg 1/4" Stainless steel Roundmaille.
The head is a 16swg 5/16" stainless steel japanese 5:1 ball with all links trippled to make it 15:3. the head without spikes is 2" in diameter, with spikes the head is about 6" in diameter.
The spikes are 2" mild steel, screw-back type.
The handle is just a chunk of dowling wrapped in hockey tape, it's about 14" long plus the spike in the end.
I attached the chain to the handle with 3 wood screws... It looks a little "Mickey mouse" but it'll do 'till I get a better (steel) handle. It's secure, and that's the main thing!
