I am trying to make beaded earrings and a pendant with Turkish Orbital; here is my first attempt ...

Connecting the beads in the middle was the hardest part. I need to find an easier way to do that ... or maybe it will just be easier next time anyway Wink

I like this size for the pendant (I used 16g SWG 3/8 rings), but I want the earrings to be a little smaller, so I still need to work on that.

Did you use a long piece of wire from the top of the upper bead to the bottom of the lower bead? That's how I do it...

Very pretty!

Ah - I did not do that. The beads I had already had the loops, so I just used a tiny ring to connect them. I will have to try a long pin/wire through both next time. Thanks for the tip Wink

Ah, I use a long piece of wire through the whole thing. For earrings, I like to use 20awg/4.75mm rings with an AR of 5.9.

Very nice Flutter! Another one for that sort of thing would be to use Hilt Chain to give it a smoother look.

Thanks Smile

Yeah, I may try that one some day too. I like the sort of ornamental feel of the Turkish Orbital for now though Smile
