Greetings people !

Sakredchao, I think that what he is refering is some kind of sheet of some weave made out of mobious balls ( maybe euro 4 in 1 made out of mobious, I think I've seen something like that in the weaves section, I'll search for the URL and I'll attach it ). If it's that I think many people can help you because the development it would be the same as the "primary" wave.

I hope you could understand that messy text ( My low English knowledge hurts me ).

Yours

See ya !

PS : I await your reply.

Greetings another time.

After searching for a while in the weaves section finally I found what I was talking about in the last post, I attach here the URL http://www.mailleartisans.org//weaves/pics/sm181mobs4.jpg. If the weave you are saying is that, many people will help you, you're not the first willing to make a maille basket, If it's not, I'm sorry, I was only trying to help.

Good luck.

Yours

welcome to the board, bernat. i'm always glad to see more international users. it makes us more.. MA (international) L.. Wink your english is better than a lot of americans, don't sweat it. haha.

skydrake, there are a lot of mobius hybrid weaves out there. which weave, specifically, are you using? would you mind posting a link?

Greetings maillers !

First of all I want to thanks Sakredchao for this nice welcome and for the compliments he made me ( my English is under the average you know, but I'm still learning it Laughing ).

Okay, let's say what I had to, I don't know if that's because I am not registered to yahoo or what ever is the cause but I can not see the picture. If you can send it to the gallery and attach in a further message the URL I'll be very pleased and I may help you.

Yours

OOoooh, i see now.

this is a pretty simple thing to make the sides.

make each point of the hexagon, have 5 mobius units around it instead of 6, this will pull it in, and make it have sides. you should only have to do this once, and then continue in a normal way.. (6 mobius units around each.)

this weave is basically japanese 6-1.
you can also refer to japanese 5-1 dodecahedron, to see what happens if you do all of your stitches 5-1.
