Well, you're the one who suggested myth and legend...if they're the same thing, why not just second the general mythology?

you got me there.

sorry sometimes what im thinking and what im typing don't line up true.
what i was thinking was norse mythology, mytholgy, norse, and myth & legend should be amalgamated under one non restrictive theme any name will do.

I only sujested myth and legend to correct myself that it's norse legend not norse mythology. plus i thought someone might want to make a triforce inlay or something Smile

Hey, I'd be cool with it all falling under myth and legend. I'd just thought that solely norse mythology was kinda restrictive...and I'm far more interested in the mythology of the celts than the norse. Very Happy

I agree, restrictive contests are the worst, I like the ones that are more open to interpretation.

A single link will be worth nothing.
A chain is of use, but will break at the weakest link.
A weak weave will have the need to replace weak links.
A strong weave will survive even with weak links included.

Mad Sad You realize that you have just ensured that neither "Mythology" nor "Myth and Legend" will win? Since the vote for them will be split amongst all those who are mythologically inclined.

Maybe we should ask the people who made the proposals, to consolidate these into one topic proposal. I were all for it, to combine such synonym proposals. But if that is too complicated, I'll simply revoke my seconding.

Yeah, I think pretty much all of us are in agreement that it should just be all combined. Since I suggested mythology, I'm fine with it all falling under the mantle of Myth & Legend.

Second: Religion

Theme: Christmas

I've been waiting since last year when I thought of it to late... and almost did again this year.
