ok, haven't we had enough of this? you've stated already that you are unhappy with DL, to you he is Satans Red headed step child. and thats fine you can have your opinion but seriously, you have got to stop spamming every thread on this board about it. your post in this thread has absolutely no relevance here. and in my opinion, is becoming harassment towards DL, who in fact is a very upstanding contributor to this community. he has done more for this site then you can imagine, and honestly, if this behavior doesn't stop, i'll take it upon myself to ask the admins here to suspend your posting privileges, until you can stop this behavior, and contribute something useful to this site.

ROFL! Thank you DL for that trollish clarification about Jex. But, somehow I don't think it will notice it's new title. It's a bit dim, you see.

*wink*
I was wondering how long it would take people to notice that Very Happy

I also filed an abuse claim with his ISP... I suspect that a friendly email from them reminding him of their Terms of Service might help matters...
And/Or it might make it worse *shrugs*

I work for a small rural ISP, and I love getting abuse and cease and desist letters. Hearing the stories that customers come up with to cover up their violations is always good for a laugh.

why bother him at the ISP level? if we -really- don't want him here, can't we block his isp.. problem solved..?

His ISP happens to cover roughly 1/8th of our userbase.

I asked them if they just wanted to send an email reminding him of the Terms of Service... Nothing drastic. Smile

I don't want rid of him... We don't ban people here... (Except spam bots...) I just want to mold him into a useful member of society.

As I understand it, this member is not a mailler, and has no interest other than the possibility of commissioning some bracelets.

As I understand it, the commission is for a series of bracelets with an acronym (or something) inlaid. I was contacted by PM about it and told Jex I was not interested, but he might try the trading room.

I saw his misplaced post, and followed the ensuing attack on DL. I assumed he would simply be banned, and that would be the end of it. I don't think Jex wants to be a productive member of our society, and I for one wouldn't mind seeing him/her go.

But... it followed me home! And it has a name already. And it's really stupid and hungry. Can't we keep it? Just for a little while? Please?

Yes. Let's do keep him and try to make an upstanding member of the mail community out of him. This way, he can learn to make his own bracelets and everything. How cool would that be?

You people have more faith in Jex than I do. I'd've banned it by now.

Eh, I suppose it's entertaining at times, long as it doesn't keep people from getting productive stuff done.
