Does anyone have a resource for Rune meanings
I would like to incorporate them in my work but have little knowledge of them .

it should be noted that runes come in differnt types the above are refered to as nordic or celtic runes.
many cultures have them so depending on group in may be worth doing a bit more research.

one more resource that looks half way researched is wikipidea not alway the best choice but this time around it has a good general article.

look into the 'elder futhark'

I only say that because it's the only one I have 'any' experience with, and even that isn't much.

Yea Eldar Futhark is what your going for if your wanting individual rune meanings. I specialize in the Anglo-Saxon Futhorc, which is pretty much the same thing. Anyhow remember that runes carry phonic sounds as well as individual meanings.

Googling "futhark" and "futhorc" will give... let me see... 179,000 hits for "futhark," and 16,100 for "futhorc." Including image hits for charts. Should keep you plenty busy.
