Pretty sure 3.0 is too tight. 3.2 with a single connector is practically too much if i recall.

Power cutting = the cool way to go. And you know you want to be cool!!

(serious side note: yes it's worth it, if you can afford it, it's always worth saving time if you can)

Most likely your doing something just silly that needs a tweak or two. All the systems are pretty much identical, very often it seems people come on and have issues very similar.

Koil Kutter works perfectly for like half the price. Though I also now have a ringinator. I use the ringinator for cheap metals and the koil kutter for smaller and more costly materials.

first looks like interwoven 4n1 with 4n1 trim.

second looks like what loraine said, box with 4n1 trim and 4n1 connectors.

I think your absolutely nuts. This project sounds like it will end up to be equal to several shirts made out of 20g wire and euro 6n1. Something of such magnitude could end up taking you over 10 years ...

Just as a side note, stripping the zinc coating off of the galvanized steel will result in a great big poisonous cloud of doom that will kill you if you breathe in it's vapors.
