I found a product online that prevents tarnishing on metal, but I can't tell how it would stand up against the movements of chainmaille. Has anyone had experiance using Permalac?

it depends on the event. i wouldn't wear a silver shirt into battle but a silver chain at a party would be nice.

i have the single tumbler from them. i do not get the smell that you have. what i use to tumble is simply dry white rice. it works like a charm. hope this helps.

I am looking for spools for some wire I got from TRL ( the spool they sent were broken). I would like ones that hold 10-15 lb of SS. Willing to purchase or trade.
