So I have some rings that I cannot remember the gauge. I know they are 1/4" but not the gauge. Anyone have any ideas on measuring? I was thinking micrometer or a wire gauge tool.

This I know. Im a welder by trade. I prob wouldn't weld galvy just stainless and ti. I beleive you can weld aluminum with spot too right?

Since tedronai mentioned soldering that brings up brazing? Anyone do this? FYI brazing is soldering on crack. Higher temps stronger hold.
