judging on the description about the necklace the scales aren't titanium but are actually sterling silver... The chain itself looks more like titanium and the scales have the shine of silver to them. ...

actual dimensions are 252 rings wide and 65 rows tall which comes out to be: 39" wide and 9 1/2& ...

I would approximate the number of rings needed to be between 3500 and 4000 for safe range of extra.
