Vipera Star Tutorial
Article © MAIL User: Flutter

This is my first tutorial, so it may not be the best, but here goes.

Vipera Star
For the tutorial here I used 1, 16g SWG 11/32 ring (AR: 5.6) for the inner/base ring and 16, 16g SWG 7/32 rings (AR: 3.64) for the pattern.

You should open 8 of the little ones and the larger one and close the rest.

To start, take all 8 of your closed smaller rings and put them on the larger ring and close it.

Next, take 1 of your open rings and link a section of 2 rings. Repeat this to make 4 sections.

Now take one of your sections and flip the middle ring so that it looks something like this -

Repeat the step above for another section and hold down the two middle rings like the photo below - note the 2 little "eyes" there (red dots); this is where you will add another ring in the next step.

Place an open ring through the "eyes" you made in the previous step - red dot in photo shows the ring added in this step.

Continue above step to connect all for sections and you are done!

Use these units for pendants, earrings, or connect them to make a chain. You can make units with 5 or more sections with a larger inner/base ring. Hope this helps :)
