Inverted Box

I guess the description given for Inverted Box is enough, but here's a short tutorial.
Step 1:
First create two strands of Gridlock.
Step 2:
Put the two strands together with the raised rings together.
Step 3:
Start connecting 4 of the diagonal gridlock rings (blue) with a vertical ring (red).
Do so on both sides all the way round.
Step 4:
This is the hardest part. Go to the fridge get one of these:
and relax.
