Rings used:
Large rings: .080" (14 SWG / 2.0mm) 3/8" (9.525mm)
Small rings: .057" (17 SWG / 1.4mm) 1/4" (6.35mm), pre-closed

Step 1: Add six small rings to one large ring.

Step 2: Now add one large ring to one of the small rings added in step one, and add five small rings to the large ring.

Step 3: Next add a large ring to a small ring added in step two. You have to make sure that there are two loose rings on either side of the previous cell.

Step 4: Repeat step three until you have a short length of chain.

Step 5: Next, you have to add a large ring on one side of the chain. This ring must go through two loose small rings in one cell, and two in the next cell.

Step 6: Close the ring added in step five, and continue adding large rings in this fashion until you have added them to the whole length of chain.

Step 7: Now flip the chain over, and add one large ring that is directly opposite of one of the rings added in step six.

Step 8: Close the ring and add another one in the same manner to the next cell. The weave will now start to take form.

Step 9: Continue adding rings to this side of the chain until you have added them to the whole length. Now you have the Celtic Visions weave.
