This forum is really more about raising funds for M.A.I.L., not just the general topic...
That said, is it a commercial site, personal site, or a non-profit org? What kind of topics does it cover? Those answers will probably give a good idea where funds can come from.

Joystick,
How big is your site going to be?
My brother and I are going to be setting up a server that will be able to host nearly *any* size site really soon. We are friends with a guy that owns an internet access business, so we'll get our server for free.
We will we willing to host your site at no charge. All we ask in return is that you spread the word so that we may host other sites for a small fee.
Let me know what you think.

Joystick,
You're very welcome!
I would imagine it will be a week or so before we get the server. We're expecting it to be up and running sometime by the 26th. I'll keep ya posted.
The reason it'll take so long is because they keep making programming changes. The guy that makes these changes says it may be just a little while to get a server going due to the changes. I give it a week just to give us a little breathing room.

Naturally, my bias is towards M.A.I.L., so take it with a grain of salt 8).
Instead of starting from scratch and ultimately making M.A.I.L. obsolete, why not help make M.A.I.L. 'and more'? I assume you have the skillz required, and I'm thinkin Blaise would like some assistance with the coding...
Just a biased thought 8)

BTW Worldfomaille.org is already underway, the only thing stopping me is registering the name, then it will be REALLY going.
