It looks like a variation of Euro 4-1, but it's something else...

Looks like Alligator Back to me

Correction: NVM, just noticed a pile of extra rings in there
possibly some alligator-back-like variant of Interwoven 4-1?

It's definitely not Alligator Back or Interwoven, or any other well-known weave. In my opinion, it's an original combination of something and something, and it is Euro 4-1 based. Looks very beautiful and spectacular. But I have no idea how to weave it.

No, I didn't, and that's why I posted the pics here. Maybe someone more quick-witted than me can do it.

I see it advertised as Praetorian bracelet.

He doesn't show the bottom but I think he uses smaller center rings than for the top, 4 in 1 as well I assme. Kind of like dragonscale in the center. The horizontal outer rings are stitched together with the vertical rings

Almost Wyrm Tail.
The images above use an offset form of Three Quarters Persian on the edge, such as Flat Full Persian 5 in 1 Chain or Cross-Eyed Persian

while(!project.isFinished())
project.addRing();
