I have the medium scales from the ring lord, I asked them and they said I need 18g 1/4 aspect ratio, but I don't know what that means.
I want to use riveted aluminum scales but I don't know if it would fit, I was thinking of using these:

will they work?

Those rings look like they will be too big for medium scales. The Ring Lord recommends 18 swg, 1/4 inch rings. The aspect ratio is the ring's inner diameter divided by the wire diameter, but this doesn't matter very much for scale. I always like to use a thicker size wire than they recommend, so 16 swg, 1/4". The 1/4" part can't really be changed because the rings have to match the hole in the scales to weave them right.

The rings you posted are 10mm inner diameter which is about 0.4 inches. You need 0.25 inches, so these will be too big.
