Now that Blue Buddha Boutique is out, does anyone know a source of 20g (AWG) 1/8" anodized aluminum rings?

I mainly order from TRL but would get things they didn't carry from Blue Buddha. I'm pretty new at this, and fumbled around quite a bit before finding these two reliable sources, don't want to go thru that again. Apparently 1/8" (or 3.2mm) doesn't mean the same thing from place to place. Sad

I'm hoping someone here can save me the headache.

If you want to get the same thing, you have to go with actual measurements. Their is an unfortunate history in mailling where more than one gauge system is used. It's all very confusing, so I won't bore you with the details. The best way to combat that is to look at the actual measurements and never assume anything.

At TRL 19g is 1.0mm size wire. So have a look at the details on their site about their rings. It's there. I promise. You will probably end up ordering their "19g" 1/8 rings.

I have seen Martin advertise anodized aluminum rings on his site too.

I can't think of anyone else at the moment. Maybe others will know.

It is very confusing!
20g = .8 mm in this case. Inside diameter 3.2mm or 1/8"
And suddenly I've found the rings I need at TRL . . . don't know why I couldn't find them before.
Of course, I just placed an order last nite. smh
Maybe it's not too late to add on . . .

Thank you again

Oops, I wasn't paying attention. You are right. TRL's 20g rings are .80mm. I'm glad you found what you needed!
