I made Candy Cane Cord today!

This one has aggravated me for a while. I think I got it right this time ...

I made my hubby model it for me Wink

I used BA rings, 18g SWG 15/64 with an AR of about 4.9.

It actually looks very manly with his hand in his pocket! Very Happy Nice job!

I'm interested because I have heard several people say they have trouble with CCC. Is the tutorial missing something that would help people understand it better?

WOW!!! That looks stunning!

I have really wanted to try this weave but it looks so intimidating. I guess I need to just go for it.

I wonder how it would look if you used square wire...

I can't say why it took me so many tries to get this right. It seems so much easier now that I know it Wink

I had tried 2 or 3 different tutorials, but they were all about the same.

I do know it was hard to keep the rings from slipping and that confused m e some at first. So I taped mine in place after the byzantine flip step; that helped.

wow, that looks really cool! Guess a beginner like me would fail completely at this, but its a great motivation that someday i might be able to create something similar Smile
