| Just for the list: I'd like to have translations. See my thread for further information on this term. |

This just popped in my head. It belongs more in the "total overhaul that really isn't going to happen this eternity" thread.
Could we rearrange the gallery pages so they format like the member page? If you recall, I once posted an idea of including separate boxes of required info in submissions, so admins wouldn't have to deal with people forgetting some info. If things like material, ID, gauge, and weave were made into individual data fields, then gallery images could be sorted by those! People would FINALLY be able to say "I want to see an example of a shirt made of titanium with really small rings" and they would see that guy with the purplish blue outfit at the top. Or "What's a byzantine necklace look like in gold?" and poof there it is. |

Someday, I'm going to finish the "Separate Boxes" Idea for input. Once we have that data structure in place, all the rest will be possible. If only I had no job/house/car/bills/etc, it would already be done...

Well.. lets break it down into simpler, solvable problems.
1) Job - Quit. Easy. Lots of time now.
2) House - You just quit your job, you can't afford a house. Wish granted, no house.
3) Car - If you can't afford a house, you can't afford a car. Besides, where would you park it? And, how would you pay for gas. Problem solved.
4) Bills - You have no house or car, house insurance or car insurance. There go most of your bills. Since you have no job, you can go on welfare, and probably get government support for medical expenses you will surely incur now that you're living on the street/out of the library.
See? Every big problem in life is just made up of little ones. Nothing is unmanagable, you just need to carry it a little bit at a time. They should teach this stuff in school. |

Search weaves by AR. For all us beginners that start out with some rings, but then can't figure out exactly what can be made with them. This would also reduce the occurance of repetitive threads like "What can I make with such and such size rings?". I'm clueless when it come to this stuff, so I don't know how hard it would be to add a feture like this, but it's just an idea.

"You're out of your mind."
"That's between me and my mind." |

Hello. I seem to have found an annoying bug in the site..
Okay. so i go to the site.
I log in and check the remember me box
I go to a forum
i go to respond to something
it asks me to log in
i log in
i write my reply
it asks me to log in
i log in
it posts it.
the next time i go to the site, it doesnt remember me (and yes im on the same comp)
It's only a mild annoyance, but Sometimes it gets frustrating... I'm tempted to just blame my terrible provider (AOL) but I thtought I should bring it up. |

It would be cool if you could post comments in the gallery. This way you could let people know you like their work, and you could find out what other people think about your work, without having to PM someone.

I agree with mrmeeno. The forum needs me to log in separately from the rest of the site and I'm only ever remembered as logged in if I come back within 10 minutes. It's somewhat annoying. I use firefox on Windows 7. Dunno if that helps or not.

Well, my comment was mostly about the timing out part. But I guess if that can't be fixed then so be it. Thanks for responding quickly.
