Looks like a very nice attempt to me. Any plans for it? It looks like it might be a very nice pendant or earring.

Thanks guys Smile

This one is a pendant; I'm wearing it now Wink I want to make earrings too.

I used BA rings - there is a single one in the middle, 16g SWG 11/32 (AR: 5.6) and the ones around it are 16g SWG 7/32 (AR: 3.64).

I think I am going to try it with a larger ring in the middle and try for a 5 pointer next Smile

Beautifully done!

Any way you could post a tutorial? I checked the library, and there isn't one.

I made a 5 unit one last night ...

This one has a 14g SGW ring in the middle and I used 16g SWG 1/4 rings for the rest.

oooo now i like the 5 unit 1 better than the 4, it looks more fixed if you get what i mean, might have to try this 1, what do you think is the highest AR you could go

The 5 unit one was a little tight. I think I'd use a 16g swg ring in the middle next time, instead of the 14g one and maybe loosen it up a hair. Actually, I guess a slightly bigger ring would do better to loosen it.

As for the max AR ... well, I have still not mastered all that Wink I used AR: 5.6 (16g SWG 11/32) and AR: 3.64 (16g SWG 7/32) for the 4 unit one and it was a little loose. So you might be able to go a bit lower on that one.

Then for the 5 unit one I used an approx. AR of 5.5 (14g SGW) ring for the center and approx. AR 4 for the rings in the pattern (16g SWG 1/4). This one was a bit tight, so I would think you could go up a bit.

However, like I said, I am no master at AR, so I would have to experiment with it myself Wink

Edit: The original weave description stated "Ideal AR: 5.9 | 3.8" for the 4 unit one. But I was able to use a little different ones.
