its really quite easy, if you know how to make dragonscale and have some pretty rings

just make a small patch and you might have to anchor it on the back a little, maybe a couple rings to give it that curvature

but beyond that just find a tutorial for ds and experiment with it

Designs are copyrighted. But you can usually figure them out and make something a little different and make it your own. Smile

I have seen that design before and it reminded me of an egg.

The Etsy seller says "The finished patch of Dragonscale was folded in on itself and a large silver aluminum jump ring was added at the back to give this pendant its unique egg-like shape. I like to call it a Dragon's egg."

I didn't realize it was a unique design, so I doubt I would try to copy it. But I think a lot of times, you add your own spin to stuff anyway.

Interestingly enough I made a pair of earrings with this exact same design, only inverted (so the large rings lay pointing down) and at the time I thought it was amazingly unique. However I'm sure even this is not the only instance of something like this being made, so don't be afraid to give it a try. Like lorraine said, a little alteration to make it your own is al you need.

Chainmail works because every link knows it can lean on its neighbors for strength.
