I have looked everywhere i can, but cant find a true supply of 14 gauge stainless steel anywhere. If anyone can give me a hand on where to buy supplies reliably please let me know.

When you say 14g, are you looking for wire that is .08'' (2.03mm) thick? OR are you looking for wire that is .641'' (1.3mm) thick. The word "gauge" can be a bit tricky, and we wouldn't want to steer you in the wrong direction. It would also be most helpful if you specify what "south east" you mean? In the USA?

That's very peculiar. Usually stainless steel and all other ferrous metals are measured using SWG, which puts 14 gauge at .080".

Nevertheless, you'll not find better prices for the stuff anywhere other than The Ring Lord (www.theringlord.com), even after you factor in the shipping cost. Their "16 SWG" equates to around .062"

Another source to check for stainless steel wire is welding supply stores. Check your yellow pages. But if you try any, drop the gauge talk and tell them the measured wire size you're looking for. Smile
