Here is what I am thinking. PLEASE tell me if you don't like the idea.
I will take on the Birthday club coordinator again and have Jax as my assistant, those who would like to do a second/Half Birthday gift Rognvald will head that with ZiLi as their assistant, this will give someone who wants to get involved the oportunity to do so and have a long standing member to back them up and assist when needed. Rognvald and I would have to coordinate things so people didn't send to the same person.
What do you think? Positives/Negatives...

Since everyone is in agreement I will start a new thread soon as a sign up thread and have people start submitting information, I need time to clean out my PM box first, so it may take a couple of days. Than I will start PMing the three of you about various topics. Rognvald I will start with you and we can talk about how I organized things this year and how you would like to handle things for your group.
Thank you ZiLi and Jax for being assistants!!! It is always nice to have a good support staff.
I may be a little slow on things because I am still doing things for this years birthday club, but the group has been good so I don't anticipate many problems.
