I just had a question about the cafepress website.
Is MAIL charged for each item offered, or is it simply "upload a design and place it on an item, if nobody buys it then no biggy"
I would love to buy some M.A.I.L. paraphernalia, but nothing besides the YMBAMI design interests us (but not on the baseball shirt).
If we (and by "we" I mean whoever is in charge of the cafepress account) can offer a ton of designs on more items, then why not put up more designs for people to chose from? |

Well isn't that a good idea
I'd forgotten all about it! I'd offered to work on some more stuff for CafePress awhile back... I'll scratch my head and start a design contest.

A design contest sounds like a great idea to me. I'd be down for getting a hoodie and a shirt at least.
Also, why do we have two CafePress accounts? Neither one of them is very easy to find.
EDIT: Loving the new site feature by the way. Had a short chat with ZiLi before I had to go run errands. |

I wear my byrnie every where!
at first wife was like "HECK NO!", now she goes with it.
Even she admits I get a lot of positive remarks about it! |

lotos, can i encourage you to hand this baby off to someone else?
you can't do everything, can you? we have some graphics arts type people around.. folks are always asking for something to help with.
or.. can we find you an assistant?
either way, you know your limits... it just that.. sometimes i fear for your sanity, 10/6.
PSA: remember to stretch.

To dig this topic back up...
sakredchao and I have been discussing this recently, and we will be bringing someone on board to specifically deal with the CafePress side of things.
So... New CafePress things happening in the coming weeks.
