Looking for information on a chainmail pattern called Garter Belt. Anyone know of an example or tutorial or description of this pattern?

I don't know of a specific weave that is called "garter belt", but a garter belt can be made out of lots of weaves. Do you have a link to where you saw the reference to this?

If you're referring to (edit: link no longer works) (google result number 1) then it's Emperor's Scale.

It doesn't look like a tutorial exists yet but it is just European 4 in 1 with two links one inside the other for each link in E4-1 with some small stabilizing rings along the outer edges. Links for tutorials for E4-1 are on that page.

Garter Belt weave is by Dylon White. It is basically the Emperors Weave as disused but is two rows wide and uses 3 ring sizes A large ring and a medium ring like emperors then a small ring is used towards the outside edge but goes through the inside ar of the other rings. linking four rings.

Here is the ring sizes I know would work if you do a google image search you will see how it goes together pretty easily

18g 5/16", 18g 7/32", 20g 5/32"
