it is true, they lack a lot of information. things were different 10 years ago. we did not have AE and TE terminology. we did not really understand how to describe or explain most maille interactions (or even that families were defined by interaction). i never bothered to update those old weaves.. this is why it would be good to be able to give people the opportunity to add information to existing weave descriptions.

heck, back then very few people understood how to make hp3 and hp4.. lengthy descriptions would have been fairly pointless.
